Meet Bonfire!

October 12, 2026/ Steve Stripling

Janet Henry is a barbershopper- BIG TIME! Janet is with one of the more creative and fun chorus chapters in Sweet Adeline International, Alaska Sound Celebration. Plus, Janet sings bass in her quartet, Bonfire Quartet! Janet's so passionate, even her email and license plate reflect singing! This show is for me and my barbershop buddies - pure barbershop self-indulgence - just hanging with a friend talking barbershop!

December 13, 2025/ Steve Stripling

This pic is from the 2009 Barbershop Harmony Society competition. As a webcast co-host I had the honor to interview Dick Van Dyke and meet his quartet, the Vantastix. We invited his bass, Mike Mendyke seated (far left), to take us behind the scenes what it's like hanging out with the forever young Dick Van Dyke!
